**Features of Towalon IR Wire** 1. Resistant to salt. By strongly bonding the IR coating and core material, it completely blocks air and moisture to protect the core material. 2. Resistant to acid. It is strong against sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and hot spring water, making it suitable for harsh environments such as acidic soils and areas with high sulfur content. 3. Resistant to ultraviolet rays! Over 60 years of weather resistance. 4. Can be made colorless and transparent. It can be colored, and a colorless transparent coating is possible, allowing for easy visibility of the condition of the core wire. 5. Strong even in harsh environments at -30°C. The IR coating has excellent low-temperature properties, maintaining impact resistance at -30°C in Izod impact tests, comparable to room temperature. 6. High cost performance. Extrusion coating of iron wire and galvanized iron wire with a covering material (PVC, polyethylene).

The 'Synthetic Resin Coated Iron Wire (Japanese Industrial Standard) (JIS G 3543) Excerpt 2008' specifies the requirements for PVC coated iron wire and polyethylene coated iron wire for diamond mesh. The manufacturing method for the coated wire involves extruding the coating material concentrically around the core wire to produce the coating. In this case, the core wire and the coating material are bonded using adhesive or other processing methods to ensure they adhere tightly and are not easily separable. The PVC coating is primarily based on PVC resin according to JIS K 6720-1, while the polyethylene coating is primarily based on polyethylene resin according to JIS K 6922-1.
