The 'Synthetic Resin Coated Iron Wire (Japanese Industrial Standard) (JIS G 3543) Excerpt 2008' specifies the requirements for PVC coated iron wire and polyethylene coated iron wire for diamond mesh. The manufacturing method for the coated wire involves extruding the coating material concentrically around the core wire to produce the coating. In this case, the core wire and the coating material are bonded using adhesive or other processing methods to ensure they adhere tightly and are not easily separable. The PVC coating is primarily based on PVC resin according to JIS K 6720-1, while the polyethylene coating is primarily based on polyethylene resin according to JIS K 6922-1.
